1. Brand will exchange any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.
  2. Brand will exchange any products(s) if you have ordered the wrong size mistakenly and it does not fit you
  3. Product(s) can be exchanged if you notify within 24hrs span time starting from the time it is delivered to you.
  4. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged
  5. Due to the difference in color monitors/screen & lighting during photoshoots, the exact color may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, hence the items cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  6. Every exchange request is evaluated case by case and brand has the right to deny exchange if the reason is not justified.

  8. Product(s) will be exchanged only if there is original tag on the product and it is in its original packaging.
  9. Briefs cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  10. Exchange of Product(s) procedure can take up to 7 days but customer have to notify for exchange of an item with 24hours time frame.
  11. Customers have to give standard delivery charges in exchange delivery.
  12. No exchange on the international deliveries.
